I do NOT believe it is the end of the world. I do like to consider it a magical date though, acknowledging the global shift, welcoming in the Age of Aquarius. Performance Tips:
FIRSTLY: When asking a question, always end your sentences with the proper curvy punctuation mark. It lets the reader know that an answer is required of them. Luckily, I’m ahead of the curve and made sense of it.

SECONDLY: As you meditate on your upcoming show, remember that everything is riding on that one gig. Simply, Try not to blow it.

THEN: Prepare by Taking a Shower and Brushing Your teeth – Realize that your mouth is an instrument. Even if you’re just playing the drums, assume people are going to want to talk to you. There used to be a phrase in the business, “never let ‘em see you sweat.” Try covering your whole body in antiperspirant.

AND: Wear something nice. These days in music, it’s all about looking good. Anyone can write and perform music, but not everyone looks good doing it. The visual vibe of your performance should create a powerful space. If someone were deaf and walked into your show, they should think they’ve happened upon a wedding or a funeral, something fancy like, that only happens once or twice in a person’s life.

MAYBE: Change your name. I don’t know what your last name is, but it probably isn’t catchy enough. Take out some vowels, take the name of a foreign automobile, or just use your first name after you change that too.

FURTHERMORE: Don’t bore the audience with technical jargon or the telling of too many stories about the songs (stories are OK, just let the songs have their own poetics and punchlines separate from yours.)

FURTHERMOST: Don’t ever apologize to the audience. Welcome any sound-issues or tuning problems as the “way it is” and play on! The audience doesn’t care about how bad your monitor mix is or that you could use more reverb. Just be your naturally grateful self inviting the listener to “try-on” what it is you love about life.

LASTLY: Believe only some of my advice. And let that be for all the wisdom you’ll be sold along the way. Trust your instincts and be your own man. It’s really that easy. Have fun. And Good Luck. '

a alegria está cá dentro

sinto que de certeza maneira deixei de 'ir vivendo' e comecei a 'viver'. comecei a viver no presente. é que como se até agora tivesse andado a dormir, e finalmente acordei.

agora sei também que a minha alegria nao vai depender do exterior, ou seja, do que acontece á minha volta. vai depender apenas e exclusivamente de mim.

neste ano que passou deixei me afectar muito por situações que ocorreram, mas isso nao vai voltar a acontecer. agora estou diferente, mais forte.

se calhar alguns de vocês podem perguntar : ' agora só pensas em ti. só queres saber da tua felicidade própria. como podes só pensar em ti se no mundo há imensas pessoas ou até amigos teus que podem estar a sofrer e precisam da tua ajuda ? '

a resposta é simples: se nós nao tivermos bem connosco próprios nunca estaremos aptos para ajudar os outros. de certeza que ja ouviram isto milhares de vezes, mas é uma verdade absoluta. se não tivermos bem connosco próprios e nos pusermos a tentar ajudar os outros só vamos piorar. é como tentarmos limpar o chão com uma esfregona suja. quanto mais tentamos limpar, mais sujamos.

economistas e politicos. estas sao pessoas extremamente infelizes que se põem a 'ajudar' o seu país. agora olhem para o mundo , vejam como ele está e digam me : será que eles ajudaram assim tanto?

por isso, agora deixo-vos uma dica. dêm mais atenção a vocês próprios. têm de encontrar a verdadeira felicidade, a felicidade interior, e então depois podem ajudar quem quer que seja.

I feel i'm different , this summer made me change . good and not so good experiences gave me more life experience and made me grow.

this summer i left the prejudices behind and i kinda started a new way of living.

i freed my mind and i learned new ways to live my life. i started following the sacred concepts of Mikao Usui. The 1st one, and in my opinion the most important is 'Kyo dake wa' that means 'just for today' . Belive or not this is the only way to reach your happiness. If you want to know how can you be happy i highly recommend you to read this book (eng. link) (pt. link) . In this book Osho mentions a stupid thing in the american constitution : it says that all the american citizens have the right to pursue their hapinness. the stupid guy who wrote this shit didnt absolutely know what hapiness is. we can't pursue the hapiness. the hapinness just happens when you're least expect.

don't think about the yesterday or the tomorrow. live today !

(in the next posts i'll write a little more about the other Usui's concepts)

7.08 - 15.08 -> they were probably the happiest days of my entire year ultil now. it was week i went to Sesimbra.

i felt pure extase during this days. i was surrounded by amazing people who really love me and made me grow so much .

9 days full of summer warmth, sea breeze, laughs, hugs, kisses, music from my guitar's steel strings, yoga, peaceful landscapes of the ocean, hapiness, joy.

9 days that i'll probably remember for the rest of my life. but not it belongs to the past

'Kyo dake wa' ! i wont be stucked in the past. I'm living today . I'm finding joy this right moment. I'm feeling good living like this, and I'll carry on living this way.
