"Strange Animals" no. 2

This month's strange animal is the Axolotl (Ambystoma mexicanum).

- it's a salamander that lives in Mexico City lakes.

- it's a critically endangered specie.

- "Axolotl" is a aztec name that means "water monster".

- in some countries this amphibian is kept as a pet. i saw it for sale in a pet's store in Lisbon.

- it is always smiling.

stressful society

Belive it or not, we live in a stressful society - a society full of stress.

When you try live your live righteously, when you try to take it easy, the society screams in your face: ' YOU'RE WRONG. YOU HAVE TO BE STRESSED ' .

Yeah, it is quite wrong, but it happens everyday. They're wrong and they require you to be wrong like them.

I've been passing so many times through this situation in the last several months.

... but it's the world i live in, so i can't do nothing but carrying on living and hoping that someday the world will change.

' I'm Grateful For ...' (no. 1)

Heey guys. This is another new monthly section called ' I'm Grateful For ... ' .

One of the principles of Buddhism is expressing gratitude ( ' Kansha Shite ' ) , so as you know, i'm nothing but a follower of those principles.

Gratitude is good for the others and even better for us ! (Gratitude is Good for your Health)

Be grateful and feel fine :)

Um dos grandes principios do Budismo é expressar gratidão ( 'Kansha Shite' ), e como alguns sabem, eu vou tentando seguir esses mesmos princípios.

Today i'm going to talk about : Grandparents

It's incredible how much experience they have.

It's incredicle how many stories they have to tell us.

It's incredible how much they love us and how affectionately they take care of us.

We have so much to thank them, or atleast, i really have.

Are you being greatful for your grandparents? Will they realize how much you love them before they die? Be sure they do.
